The Coral Lake and Beach Resort in Praia Guajirú, Trairi is one of the largest privately owned developments in Ceara and north east Brazil.

Consisting of 1,000,000m2 of stunning land located on the Atlantic coast, this new residential / second home project offers beachfront villas and apartments, lake homes and properties nestled amongst beautiful sand dunes, rivers and lakes.

The Coral Lake and Beach is a low density development with a maximum of 2 storeys per villa. Given very strict environmental regulations in this area of north east Brazil, the majority of the land at The Coral Lake and Beach Resort has been designated as a “Green Zone”, which means that the natural habitat must be preserved in order to remain a sustainable home for indigenous flora and fauna.

Landscaping of The Coral Lake and Beach Resort will involve planting of local tree and plant species that will benefit the area’s ecology and through integrating Xeriscaping strategies into the landscapes we will endeavour to maximise the use of ground water and run off in the most efficient manner in order to ensure that the development remains lush throughout the year without the unnecessary use of pesticides and other pollutants.

All individual plots having been granted planning permission for owners to construct private villas totalling up to a maximum of 50% of the individual lots total square metres. E.g. 225m2 villas can be constructed on a 450m2 lot. Should you wish to construct a larger property, you will need to invest in a second adjoining lot in order to increase the size of your property.
