The Coral Lake & Beach Resort has been designed to be the ultimate destination for discerning families who appreciate the quiet splendour of quality. And we are aware that with today’s active lifestyle, comes a need for exercise, whether it be rigorous work outs or a casual game with friends.

A fully fitted state-of-the-art Fitness centre and gymnasium with a range of machines: Weight training, step, stretching, circuit training, body sculpture. The fitness equipment will be supplied by Technogym. Several tennis courts, a soccer pitch, communal swimming pools and a variety of water sports activities will be available on the resort. Along with a spa, jacuzzis, a steam room, saunas, relaxation area, river showers and sunbeds.

Our Wellbeing centre will offers Yoga and Meditation pavilion plus excellent therapeutic and relaxing massages every day in our small traditional style thatched pavilions in the beach area within the resort. Their location provides total privacy, their own gardens and each one provides a different view and ambience:

• Reflexology - A specific technique involving pressure and massage, working on reflex zones on the feet and hands, based on the theory that these points correspond to all of the other parts of the body.
• Aromatherapy - More than simply relaxing fragrances, the essential oils used in aromatherapy have a therapeutic effect on body and mind.
• Hot Stone Therapy - This technique consists of using stones to massage the body. The stones are basically composed of quartz crystals and are carefully chosen for their size and shape and selectively heated or cooled before application.
• Relaxing Massage - The skin is the largest of the body's organs and is extremely sensitive to stimulation since it is the external projection of the central nervous system.
• Exfoliation - Treatments to remove impurities and dead cells from the pores and to aid in cleaning the skin, to leave it smoother and finer.
